What Is Change Strategy?
Change Strategy Method (CSM)
is an interdisciplinary method of facilitating change at the individual level.
A Change Strategist helps clients find their own solutions and accelerate their growth, both at personal and professional level.
CSM uses the principles of Co-Active Coaching as a foundation and builds a fully personalised process for each client, by using a wide range of techniques: Strategic Intervention, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Milton Model, Ericksonian Hypnosis and Nonviolent Communication.
CSM is anchored in the present, looks into the future and it's a pragmatic method that focuses on results, encourages action, personal responsibility and accountability.
This process has been designed by Andrei Roșca in 2018 and continued to be perfected and refined on an ongoing basis, under the strong influence of the theories and techniques of great thought leaders like Milton H. Erickson, Irvin D. Yalom, Tony Robbins and Shunryū Suzuki.
